Convent Barnala was started on 18th May , 2002 at the invitation of
Shri Rajinder Gupta, Managing Director Abhishek
Industries, Trident group.
The Building was inaugurated by the President of Bethany Education
Society. Sister Jyoti and Sister Chantal pioneer principal.
Sacred Heart Convent School, Raikot Road, Barnala was founded on
18th May 2002. It is established and administered by Bethany
educational Society Mangalore, a Christian minority institution. The
society is registered in 1948 under the Societies Registration Act
of 1860.All the members of the Bethany Educational Society are
catholic nuns belonging to the Congregation of the Sisters of the
